About

In its development and pilot stage, the purpose of Exec YU is to facilitate leadership-related discussions among peer leaders holding executive positions within Calumet and Stong Colleges.   

During the inaugural training in June 2021, attendees completed the modules below using the Zoom platform:  

  1. Module 1: Maintaining Professionalism and Conflict Resolution   
  • Maintaining professional boundaries  
  • Building lasting relationships  
  • Resolving interpersonal conflict  
  • Verbal and social media communication  
  1. Module 2: Motivating Yourself and Team Building   
  • Motivating and inspiring   
  • Promoting inclusiveness and safety   
  • Building a cohesive team  
  • Change management   

Eligibility

This training is聽open to all聽new and returning peer leaders聽holding an聽executive聽position within CCSC affiliated聽student聽clubs and organizations.聽聽聽聽
