In recent years, our internship program has expanded to include research positions across disciplines progressing towards novel and innovative global health research. Experiential Learning

Guided by faculty and research fellows, interns explored a broad spectrum of urgent global health challenges, learning how to approach them with effectiveness, equity, and excellence. The program, coordinated by Theresa Dinh, paired trainees with researchers and supported them throughout their experiential learning journey.

This summer, the Dahdaleh Institute has worked with wonderful students through our dynamic, experiential education Global Health Internship Program. The program offers students the ability to contribute to exciting research projects by working on literature reviews, data synthesis, cataloguing, content development, stakeholder engagement, and much more. They supported research projects studying equitable global health research; impacts of gender in tobacco control; mental and emotional health and wellness; knowledge translation and acceleration; and AMR and food systems.
