Eric Asempah earned his PhD in public health policy from the School of Health Policy and Management at ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ. He also completed a master’s degree in environmental studies and a graduate diploma in business and the environment at the same university. Eric's research is centered on public health policy and health equity, with a specific focus on HPV vaccination and ensuring fair access to vaccines in underserved regions and sub-population groups. Eric holds a senior researcher role at Corona Management Systems, where he is involved in technical proposal development and securing grants from organizations such as Gavi to improve the measurement of HPV coverage in priority countries in Africa. He is an active member of the International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS) and the Ghana Chapter of the organization.

Previously, he served as a graduate research scholar at the Dahdaleh Institute, where his work was featured in seminars and supported by the Institute for publication in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences. Eric is also a certified project management professional with extensive experience in managing diverse stakeholders and multiple projects in cross-functional settings. He has gained valuable work experience in the biopharmaceutical field across various organizations in Canada and the U.S.
