Essete joins the Dahdaleh Institute as a research assistant working with Dr. Lora Appel to research novel tools that can be used in healthcare. Essete is currently in her final year of her BSc in the global health program. She is specializing in global eHealth, though she also has an interest in global health policy and management. Essete’s research interests include health equity, novel applications of technology in healthcare, and public health.
