Intern

Fatima Sayedi is a trilingual undergraduate student at ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ, studying Global Health with a minor in French Studies. The Global Health program has taught her much about health equity and governance, and the importance of considering health through an intersectional lens. She has experience as a Research Assistant for York Region, assisting the Commissioner's Office at the Community and Health Services Department on a variety of projects, such as the Mental Health Matters program and the Integrated Human Services Plan. At the Dahdaleh Institute, she seeks to dig deeper into the issues of planetary health and the effects of climate change from the individual to the global level.
