On Thursday 14 May 2020, Global Health & Humanitarianism Research Fellow Syed Imran Ali will present at MSF Scientific Days, a signature event of Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
Dr. Ali is involved in the Innovation Day Agenda. He will present at a session titled Scale and Context: Designing for Environmental Health in Humanitarian Response , chaired by Nan Buzzard. Ali's presentation will be called Development of a machine-learning enabled safe water optimization tool for humanitarian response, and will speak to the project he leads at the Dahdaleh Institute, the Safe Water Optimization Tool (SWOT).
MSF Scientific Days bring together researchers, practitioners, academics and patient representatives to catalyse improvements in the quality of care provided to patients and populations at risk. By supporting research and innovation in our projects, MSF aims to improve outcomes, find efficiencies and create a culture of best practice, constantly improving the standards of care provided to our patients.
