He received his BSc in marine biology from Newcastle University (UK) in 2007 and his MASc in protected areas management from James Cook University (Australia) in 2009. Since then, Lee has spent the last 12 years working in Central America and the Caribbean in conservation management and strategy, both with local and international NGOs and as an independent consultant.
