Note: applicants must be eligible to participate in the Research @ York (RAY) program, see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sfs.yorku.ca\/work-study-programs\/how-to-apply-for-ray-positions\">eligibility criteria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hourly wage:<\/strong> $20 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours per week:<\/strong> 25 hours per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Start date:<\/strong> April 29, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>End date:<\/strong> August 30, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the supervision of Dr. Tarra Penney, the Global Food Systems, Disease Prevention, and Surveillance Research Assistant (for up to 25 hours per week) will contribute to research to support the understanding of food system drivers of AMR in a global health context by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supporting the \u2018Systems approach to food system surveillance and disease prevention\u2019 project<\/li><li>Assist the research and engagement activities with the project team<\/li><li>Attend and actively engage in weekly team meetings and wider project meetings<\/li><li>Provide additional administrative and logistical support as needed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific research activities the student(s) will be engaged in:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Qualitative data collection \u2013 contribute to developing participate databases and developing materials for interviews and systems workshops<\/li><li>Qualitative data analysis \u2013 support qualitative coding of data via a collaborative coding platform (i.e., Dedoose)<\/li><li>System mapping or network analysis \u2013 supporting the development of causal loop diagrams (i.e. systems maps), or code content from literature of interviews<\/li><li>Evidence synthesis \u2013 support searching, identifying, coding and summarizing peer-reviewed or grey literature as part of ongoing systematic scoping reviews, using a collaborative platform (i.e., Covidence)<\/li><li>Managing peer-reviewed literature using the group bibliography software (i.e., Zotero)<\/li><li>Support the planning of global research team meetings as needed<\/li><li>Supporting research administration and coordination as needed<\/li><li>Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings and other project meetings as required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Current undergraduate York student.
