The Wellness Impact Lab (WIL)\u2014led by Dr. Harvey Skinner, PhD (Senior Fellow) and Susan Harris, MSW (Community Fellow)\u2014promotes integrated health and wellness practices for personal growth and collective action. A key priority is building resilience and action in response to climate change. Our mission: healing ourselves, healing others, healing our world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the supervision of Prof. Margaret MacDonald and co-supervision of Prof. Harvey Skinner, the WIL Research Assistant 3 (Digital Strategy, Social Media, and Program Management) (for up to 6 hours per week) will play a vital role in enhancing the Lab\u2019s digital infrastructure and programmatic capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Responsibilities<br>a) Expand and maintain the Lab\u2019s digital presence<br>b) Develop onboarding tools and resources for new Lab members<br>c) Assist in knowledge synthesis and develop training materials<br>d) Provide technical and digital support for Lab operations<br>e) Serve as Coordinator of the digital media presence of the Lab, including supervision of assigned Global Health Interns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific research activities the student(s) will be engaged in:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead web design and content updates as Web Master; enhance social media outreach and blog engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a YouTube Library of selected videos (e.g., Qi Gong and Mindfulness Meditation sessions from the Interbeing Wellness Program)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate on knowledge syntheses (e.g. scoping review)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support additional Lab projects and administrative tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current undergraduate Faculty of Health York student. Applicants from diverse programs of study are encouraged.
