The project places strong emphasis on <strong>professional research practices, structured coordination, and team-based learning<\/strong> within an institutional setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is designed for an undergraduate student seeking <strong>hands-on experience in project coordination, research administration, and collaborative research environments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Role Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Undergraduate Research &amp; Project Coordination Assistant supports the administrative, research, and coordination functions of the BioCAM4 project. The role focuses on operational reliability, documentation, and coordination, supporting project leadership and contributing to the smooth functioning of a complex, multi-partner research initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director, Principal Investigator, Project Manager, and student research team, and will participate fully in the project\u2019s structured governance and coordination practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Assistant will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with the <strong>coordination of project activities, events, and research outputs<\/strong>, providing administrative, logistical, and technical support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend and actively participate in BioCAM4 project meetings, events, and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the <strong>Executive Director and Principal Investigator, and Project Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support <strong>partnership coordination and correspondence<\/strong> with BioCAM4 consortium partners as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the <strong>transdisciplinary research activities<\/strong> of the BioCAM4 consortium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with communication and dissemination activities, as required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the writing and editing of blogs, briefs, and internal project documents, as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, and <strong>report progress to the team<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present progress updates and completed outputs to the project team and leadership when appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Research &amp;
