applicants to have official international academic transcripts submitted directly to&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wes.org\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Education Services (WES) Canada<\/a>&nbsp; for verification as part of the admission process. Universities will notify applicants submitting international academic transcripts regarding specific submission requirements through WES Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your first-language is neither English nor French, please ensure that you meet our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/glendon\/apply\/language-requirements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">language proficiency requirements<\/a>\u00a0for admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a diagnosed disability, we encourage you to identify yourself during the admissions process. If an applicant\u2019s academic standing was impacted by extenuating circumstances, Glendon College encourages them to submit&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.students.yorku.ca\/view.php?id=122955\">the Extenuating Circumstances for Admission Consideration Form<\/a>, which will be considered with their application. We send 3 times the national average of students on exchange, and we\u2019re also home to Canada\u2019s longest-standing International Studies program. Our community reflects our multinational mentality: our students and staff come from over 130 different countries!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Academic excellence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Glendon provides the only bilingual science programs in Southern Ontario, including degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Environmental Science. Glendon students also have the opportunity to connect to York\u2019s other campus, Keele, which offers 5,000 classes covering a broad variety of fields and interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Home away from home<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With our cozy campus, our warm and welcoming residence committee, and our average class size of 26 students, Glendon is an intimate community of students, professors, and staff\u2014all of whom will be excited to make an international student feel at home.
