2026 Research Festival : April 7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Glendon Research Office invites students, faculty, and staff to attend the 2026 Research Festival<\/strong>, a full day dedicated to celebrating research at Glendon. The program features student presentations, faculty research talks, a multidisciplinary panel discussion, and the presentation of the Principal\u2019s Excellence Awards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us throughout the day to discover new research, engage in discussion, and connect with the Glendon research community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychology Student Presentations

Psychology students will present their research in short presentations (10 minutes each), followed by discussion and Q&A.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Student Presentations
\ud83d\udccd Room A302<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students will present their research in the Three Minute Thesis (3MT)<\/strong> format, a competition that challenges participants to communicate research clearly and concisely in just three minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day concludes with the presentation of the Principal\u2019s Research and Teaching Excellence Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions within the Glendon community. At the same time, an information booth will showcase Discover York Academics (DYA)<\/strong> \u2014 a dynamic platform that empowers faculty to take control of their academic profiles, making it easy to highlight research, publications, creative works, grants, and teaching activities.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new forum for researchers to present and discuss their research with colleagues.<\/strong>
