This Award is to be awarded to an outstanding student, preferably a graduate student. Demonstrated financial need may be considered. In the event that in any year no suitable graduate candidate applies, the award may be given to an outstanding undergraduate in the field of Jewish Studies or Jewish Teacher Education.
