Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behaviour explored through social, developmental, clinical, and biological lenses. <\/strong>York\u2019s Psychology program is ranked among the top 5 in Canada<\/strong> and in the top 75<\/strong> Psychology programs worldwide by ShanghaiRanking\u2019s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2025<\/a> and 5th<\/sup><\/strong> in Canada<\/strong> by the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

York offers Canada\u2019s largest and most diverse selection of undergraduate psychology courses<\/strong>, with opportunities to tailor your learning through specialized concentrations, certificates, and a unique \u202fYork\/Seneca Certificate in Rehabilitation Services<\/a>\u202fwhich integrates health sciences education with practical field experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the graduate level, York is home to Canada\u2019s largest psychology program, <\/strong>featuring eight areas of specialization. These include accredited streams in Clinical Psychology, Clinical-Developmental Psychology,<\/strong> and Clinical Neuropsychology<\/strong>.
