Conference Travel Fund<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Conference travel funds are awarded to full-time faculty members (includes CLA) and senior scholars to offset the cost of travel to conferences. Only YUFA members whose home faculty is the Faculty of Health are eligible to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadlines: May 1st<\/sup>, October 1st<\/sup>, and February 1st<\/sup> (If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday, applications will be accepted on the next working day)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Minor Research Grant and Junior Fund<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Minor research grants are available to assist faculty in conducting research projects that do not require or are not eligible for major resources and Junior Faculty Fund are available to provide junior faculty with grants to support research projects. Please note that while equipment is an eligible expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborative and\/or Community-based Research Seed Grant<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Collaborative and\/or Community-based Research Seed Grant is available to support small teams of researchers in the initial stages of their research collaborations and to provide small teams with funding support that will assist them in producing co-publication and obtaining external research funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty of Health Dean's Awards<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Dean's Awards recognize the excellence of individual faculty members in achieving our Mission of providing an innovative and supportive environment for learning, teaching and discovery. Each year three awards are given in three respective categories: Teaching, Research, and Service. In alternating years, these three awards will be given to either Early Career or Established Career faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadline: Each year a call for nominations will be sent out to each school\/department.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
