Specifically, the fund will support:&nbsp;<em>research<\/em>&nbsp;into innovative teaching practices; the&nbsp;<em>implementation<\/em>&nbsp;of innovative teaching practices, and the&nbsp;<em>development\/enhancement<\/em>&nbsp;of existing teaching practices and novel forms of assessment. In the funding application, applicants must clearly outline how the proposed activities will meet this objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Applications open May 1 and will be received until funds are depleted. href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/health\/about-the-fund-for-innovations-in-teaching-fit\/\">Review<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>the fund objectives, guidelines and eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:&nbsp;Discuss&nbsp;<\/strong>your proposed activities with the chair\/director of your school\/department. <strong>Consult <\/strong>the Faculty of Health\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/health\/experiential-education-3\/\">Experiential Education (EE) Coordinators<\/a> as needed, if the application is related to EE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/health.apps01.yorku.ca\/machform\/view.php?id=182734\">Apply<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>for FIT by completing the online application form between\u00a0<strong>May
