You will need to register for these courses on YU Learn using your Passport York account. Visit this site for more information on obtaining a Passport York account: /yulearn/students/. If you are having trouble registering for a course, it could be due to one of these reasons:
a. You are a guest at York (e.g., visiting researcher or professor). Please contact your host Faculty to obtain a guest passport York account.
b. You have just logged in to YU Learn using your passport York account. Please allow the system 24 hours after your initial login before you can register for any courses.
c. You do not have an active employment contract. Registration is only open to those who have an active offer of appointment and have started working. Please wait until your contract starts to try to register.  If you are between active contracts, we are unable to register you until your next contract begins.
