Occupational Injury<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Employees:<\/strong> Incidents, near misses, hazards, occupational illnesses or injuries must be reported to your Management Supervisor, who will then report it to HSEWB. A Workplace Incident Report<\/a> (WIR) is to be submitted to wir@yorku.ca<\/a>. For additional information refer to the Incident Investigation Program<\/a> available on YU Link. Note that you will be required to login using your Passport York information to access this website.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students and Others: <\/strong>Incidents, hazards, illnesses or injuries are to be reported to your faculty or department, who will then report it to Risk Management. For additional information refer to the Incident Investigation Program<\/a> available on YU Link. Note that you will be required to login using your Passport York information to access this website.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Critical injuries must be reported immediately\u00a0by contacting HSEWB<\/a>\u00a0following notification of EMS (911) and Security Services (416-736-5333 or ext. 33333). Access the\u00a0Critical Injury definition.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
