Edina Ramic is the vice president of human resources for Sherwin Williams and leads an HR team that is responsible for creating and implementing HR policies that support the business of 250 paint retail stores across Canada. Prior to her role at SW, Ramic was an HR manager for Home Depot, and prior to that has spent about 5 years in HR for other fields, including medicine and insurance. She is passionate about creating value and HR structures that promote employee engagement and retention.
