Laura Alfano Victoria is a seasoned Talent Acquisition and HR leader with over 20 years of progressive experience. She brings deep expertise in international talent attraction and acquisition across industries including software, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and consulting, having partnered with organizations such as Deloitte, McKesson, OpenText, and Willis Towers Watson. Throughout her career, Laura has built and scaled global talent organizations, with a strong focus on DEI initiatives, process optimization, talent analytics, employer brand development, and early careers attraction and development strategies.

Based in Nobleton, Ontario, just north of Toronto, Laura enjoys life with her spouse and three children. Outside of her 9-5, Laura is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Laura holds a Master of Human Resources Management from ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ, completed in October 2021.

Equipping me with essential skills and strategic insights, the Master of Human Resource Management program had a significant impact on my career and helped to reshape my professional path. Through real-world projects and collaboration with experienced faculty and peers, I gained a practical experience in solving complex HR challenges. This experience not only boosted my confidence but also opened doors to advanced roles and allowed me to create a lasting network of industry connections.
