Michael started his journey as a CPA through an internship at PwC while competing his studies at LA&PS, which resulted in a full-time offer. During his articling experience there, he focused on manufacturing and not-for profit clients, as he has always had a passion for understanding the value creation chain of producing tangible goods. Having successfully received his designation in 2013, Michael has since held a variety of roles in some of Canada’s top tier CPG companies. Currently, Michael is the Director of Accounting at MLSE, one of world’s premier sports and entertainment companies.

Outside of work, Michael is a baker and is always looking for a great cookie recipe.

Working at one of the top accounting firms in Toronto and subsequently some of the top CPG companies in Canada has only been possible because of the exceptional learning experience I received at LA&PS. The multi-disciplinary approach enabled me to see both personal and professional life through a variety of lenses that has accelerated my skill set in order to add value to employers.
