Sandra Pasquini is the vice president of human resources at Rogers Communications and a member of the Rogers HR executive leadership team. In her position she leads a national team of HR business partners and supports Rogers consumer business, including wireless and connected home. Pasquini is also head of HR for Rogers Customer Experience organization providing HR leadership for retail, call centers, field sales and field operations nationally. Recently, and in addition to her current portfolio, Pasquini took on leadership of Rogers talent acquisition team leading recruitment and employment branding for all lines of business. Pasquini has over 20 years of HR experience. Prior to Rogers she worked in HR at Nortel Networks where she supported global teams both as an HR business partner and in recruitment and talent management. She completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology from ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ. She is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto. She has her CHRP designation and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Pasquini is also an ACC certified executive coach.
