Sofia is responsible for overseeing the talent strategy and priorities within Omnicom Media Group Canada. Her passion for Human Resources has allowed her to lead the development and implementation of key initiatives ensuring the group’s talent is well poised to thrive and succeed in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Since joining the OMG team in 2015, Sofia has led the delivery of high value people initiatives across various facets of Human Resources including Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership, Culture, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and HR Business Planning and Systems Implementations. She considers the OMG Mentorship program, OMG Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, IDEA (Diversity Strategy) and Compensation Initiative to be among her most impactful contributions to team.

Sofia holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and Kellogg Northwestern University, and Bachelor of Human Resources Management from ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ.
