Stephanie Hart is an integrated communications leader with expertise in thought leadership, executive communications, culture building and social impact. She’s passionate about plain language storytelling; crafting organizational narratives; connecting the dots between ideas and people; and fostering teams where colleagues feel included, safe and empowered.

Stephanie began her career in academia. She proudly taught in York’s Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, where she concentrated on contemporary literary theory and gender studies.

As Vice President of Communications at Aviso, Stephanie creates dynamic, inclusive strategies to help colleagues and clients connect to Aviso’s culture and purpose. Her portfolio includes employee and internal communications, media relations and corporate sustainability communications.

Prior to joining Aviso, Stephanie held communications roles in leading professional services firms Borden Ladner Gervais, Grant Thornton Canada and KPMG in Canada.

Stephanie lives in Toronto with her partner Adam and their cat Nigel. She’s an avid reader, walker, meditator and swimmer.
