Titi is a strategic Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), with over fifteen years of experience building human resources foundations, and leading and developing teams. Titi is the head of the human resources department at TTC Pension Plan. She is responsible for building and leading the human resources strategy and functions for TTC Pension Plan.

Titi is a strong advocate for equity and fair practices in the workplace. She enjoys volunteering her time to philanthropic causes and organizations that support education. She believes in constant growth and encourages ongoing learning. She continues to mentor and coach individuals towards reaching their goals and aspirations. Recently she held a 3-year term as a director on the board of the Human Resources Professional Association—Toronto Chapter.

She holds a Human Resources and Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, a B.A. in Public Policy and Management from ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ and her Law Clerk’s Diploma from Humber College.
