associated with your room\/event will be outlined there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If a TUUS permit is required<\/strong>, the email will confirm that the room is on tentative hold pending approval from the TUUS Office. Complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/tuus\/reserve-space-equipment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TUUS Application<\/strong><\/a> in order to receive a TUUS Permit for your event. You will need to submit the Room Confirmation email with this TUUS Application.<br>TUUS will then consult with various partners across campus for clearance authorization, for example, to ensure there aren\u2019t any security, liability or food issues, etc. associated with your event.&nbsp;This takes time and is the reason for the 15 business day requirement to produce a TUUS Permit.<br>If you need to contact TUUS, please email them at <a href=\"mailto:tuus@yorku.ca\">tuus@yorku.ca<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-tab kt-tab-inner-content kt-inner-tab-2 kt-inner-tab21b961-b7\"><div class=\"kt-tab-inner-content-inner\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Request and Audio\/Visual Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Service Request (SR)<\/strong> is required for room setup, take down and clean up.&nbsp;You will need to provide the SR number to the LA&amp;PS Colleges Room Booking Agent when picking up room keys.&nbsp; Without confirmation that an SR has been submitted, access to the room will be denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An <strong>Audio\/Visual (AV) Request<\/strong> is required to activate any built-in technology or order additional equipment.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The Student Community &amp; Leadership Development (SCLD) department will submit the SR or AV request on your behalf.\u202f SCLD requires 5 business days notice. To arrange for an SR or AV request, please submit the\u202f<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/scld\/student-engagement\/club-policies-and-guidelines\/use-of-space\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YU Connect Form<\/a><\/strong>. Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the room does not have built in AV equipment, UIT cannot support the space and your student club will need to bring in your own AV equipment OR you can rent AV equipment from a company such as Long &amp; McQuade (2777 Steeles Avenue West, 416-663-8612).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-tab kt-tab-inner-content kt-inner-tab-3 kt-inner-tab8e2c9e-9e\"><div class=\"kt-tab-inner-content-inner\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Pick-up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Room keys for LA&amp;PS Colleges Spaces are signed out on the day of your event from\u202f<strong>216 Founders College<\/strong>, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bring with you (electronic or printed copy):&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
