These petitions are a request to waive the previously published institutional or faculty deadlines.

Late Withdrawal
A formal written request by a student which outlines the extenuating circumstances that may justify the faculty to waive the institutional published deadlines.
Required Forms/Documents
- Statement of Grounds explaining your extenuating circumstances. Please explain selectivity, meaning if you were able to complete other courses within the same academic session, despite your situation.
- (PDF) must be completed by the course instructor or the department designate.
- Documentation to support your statement of grounds such as;
- Counsellor鈥檚 statements,
- (PDF),
- hospitalization records,
- disability verification forms,
- death certificate or an obituary.
Please note: submit only one petition for all courses that you want to petition, otherwise your petition process will be significantly delayed.

First Year Late Withdrawal
Students who wish to drop courses that were started in the 12 months consecutive to when the student first began a course at 快播视频. There is no deadline to file this petition.
Required Forms/Documents
- Online Petition Application which must include a list of the petitioned courses
- Statement of Grounds
Important note: students are entitled to one First Year Late Withdrawal petition. Any subsequent first year late withdraw petitions submitted will not be accepted. It is important to wait for all the first year grades posted prior to submitting a first year late withdrawal petition.

Enrol or Re-Enrol Late in a Course
Request to add a course after the enrolment deadline.
