Work Placement in Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies
This practicum provides students with hands-on experience applying their knowledge of gender, sexuality and women’s studies within a community setting, allowing them to engage with local organizations working on issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and related social justice concerns, while critically reflecting on theoretical concepts in real-world contexts. Prerequisites: GSWS1501 9.00, GSWS1502 6.00, GWST1501 9.00, GWST1502 6.00, SXST1600 9.00 or SXST1601 6.00 Previously approved as AP/GWST 4531 3.00
