Nausheen\u2019s teaching and research areas are gender and development, social movements, labour activism, and South Asia. She currently teaches in the International Development Studies Program and Social Science more broadly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nausheen received her PhD in Political Science from 快播视频. Her doctoral thesis titled \u201cActivating communities, mobilizing women: Affective organizing in Bangladesh\u2019s ready-made garment industry\u201d was nominated for the 快播视频 Best Thesis Award. During her doctoral studies, she helped to set up the <a href=\"https:\/\/yorkinternational.yorku.ca\/gnl-archived\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Globally Networked Learning initiative at York<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publications:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quayyum, N.
