See below for more information.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13px;line-height: 19px\">Call for IPilogue Editors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday, September 16, 2013; send application documents via email to <a href=\"mailto:iposgoode@osgoode.yorku.ca\">iposgoode@osgoode.yorku.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The IPilogue is the first blog of its kind populated with entries from student editors at Osgoode Hall Law School and other law schools across Canada and around the world, as well as postings from expert bloggers from across the globe.<\/p>\n<p>The blog contains comments and thoughts about current pressing intellectual property, technology, privacy and related legal issues and has a wide-ranging following in Canada and internationally from government, industry, academia and from other expert groups and members of the general public.<\/p>\n<p>Many student posts have enabled greater employment opportunities for students, sparked informed debates on various issues, and led to publication in leading journals and a following in a number of law and policy forums.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Positions Available:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IPilogue Editor (8-10 available)<br \/>\nIPilogue Art Editor (1-2 available)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Term:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>September 2013 - April 2014, with a possibility to continue for Summer 2014<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iposgoode.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IPilogue-Call-For-Editors-Fall-2013-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here for more information.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Call for Clinical Fellows<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday September 16, 2013; send application documents via email to <a href=\"mailto:iposgoode@osgoode.yorku.ca\">iposgoode@osgoode.yorku.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The IP Osgoode Innovation Clinic is a needs-based innovation-to-market legal clinic staffed by volunteer law students and is the first of its kind in Canada.\u00a0 We are seeking law students from Osgoode Hall Law School to provide legal services to under-resourced start-up organizations or entrepreneurs requiring assistance in their innovation and commercialization activities.<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that the majority of the work done by students will relate to patent law. The remaining time would be spent working on other IP-related needs as they arise, (e.g. assistance with trade-mark, copyright, or trade secret issues).
