Fessha, Yonatan<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yonatan Fessha<\/a> is a Professor of law and research chair in constitutional design and divided societies at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. Prof. Fessha is interested in exploring the relevance and importance of constitutional design in addressing the challenges of governance in societies grappling with identity-based political tensions and conflicts. He has published widely on matters related to, but not limited to, federalism, constitutional design, autonomy, intergovernmental relations, and politicised ethnicity. His publications include books on \u2018Intergovernmental Relations in Divided Societies\u2019 (Palgrave 2022,co-edited), \u2018Courts and Federalism in Africa: Design and Impact in Comparative Perspective\u2019 (Routledge 2020, co-edited) and \u201cEthnic Diversity and Federalism: Constitution-making in South Africa and Ethiopia\u201d (Routledge 2016). Prof Fessha was the recipient of the prestigious Marie-curie Fellowship, presented by the European Commission. He was also the Michigan Grotius Scholar at the University of Michigan and a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney, the University of Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the University of Barcelona. He is currently researching ethnic federalism and the ethnification of digital media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geiger, Susi<\/strong><\/a> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Susi Geiger<\/strong><\/a> is a Full Professor of Markets, Organizations and Society at University College Dublin, Ireland. Prof. Geiger\u2019s expertise lies in the organization of markets, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and data markets. Her current research focuses on issues of distributive justice and the collective good in these markets, for instance in issues of pricing, patenting, and access. She is the only female holder in an Irish Business School of a highly prestigious ERC Consolidator Grant: \u201cMISFIRES and market innovation for the collective good\u201d (2018-2024). Prof Geiger has held other prestigious grants in the past, including an EU Marie Sklodowska-Curie Global Fellowship. She was recently appointed as a member of the WHO Technical Advisory Group in pharmaceutical pricing. Prof. Geiger has been a Visiting Professor and Scholar at some of the most highly-ranked Universities globally, including the University of California Berkeley, Stockholm School of Economics, Ecole de Mines Paris, SciencesPo Paris, University of Auckland, and University of Vienna.  Her work has been published widely in journals such as Organization Studies, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, Big Data & Society, Social Science & Medicine, Economy & Society, Journal of Cultural Economy, <\/em>and many others. Her latest monograph entitled \u201cPeak Pharma\u201d will be published in early 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richardson, Michael<\/strong><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Michael Richardson<\/strong><\/a> is a writer, researcher, and teacher living and working on Gadigal and Bidjigal country in Sydney, Australia. He is an Associate Professor in Media and Culture at the University of New South Wales, Australia, where he co-directs the Media Futures Hub and the Autonomous Media Lab<\/a>, and an Associate Investigator with the ARC Centre of Excellence on Automated Decision-Making + Society<\/a> (ADM+S). His research examines technology, power, witnessing, trauma, and affect in contexts of war, security, and surveillance. His latest book is Nonhuman Witnessing: War, Data, and Ecology after the End of the World<\/em> (Duke University Press, 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
