We investigate how growth factors, hormones, microRNAs, and circular RNAs regulate oocyte maturation and placental development and how their dysregulation contributes to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia using a variety of tools in cell and molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, physiology, and bioinformatics. We also study the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of ovarian cancer and are developing small molecule inhibitors that target the beta-catenin pathway as potential cancer therapeutics. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Reproductive Endocrinology, Cell and Molecular Lab at ¿ì²¥ÊÓÆµ.
