She has authored multiple publications and developed R packages aimed at optimizing the analysis and interpretation of sequencing-derived DNA methylation data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her research pursuits extend to the integration of heterogeneous multi-source data and the enhancement of causal estimates derived from summary-level genetic association data.
