It resides under the umbrella of modern materials science, as the development of smart functional materials is our major goal. In the context of our work, we particularly focus on the synthesis of molecular and polymeric materials suitable for applications in organic electronics such as Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs), Organic Photovoltaic (solar) Cells (OPVs), Organic Batteries, and Sensing.
