In 2019, the Office of Labour Relations was formed, by bringing together Faculty Relations and Employee Relations, as a part of the new Equity, People and Culture Division, to provide a more co-ordinated and consistent approach to labour relations at 快播视频.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Labour Relations provides University leadership, academic administrators, managers and supervisors with advice and counsel to help build positive labour and employee relations and to make informed decisions regarding collective agreements, labour policies and employment legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Office is also the primary liaison between the University and the 14 bargaining units representing university employees and works closely with union representatives to collaborate and resolve disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
