Staff of Ontario community colleges represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) went on strike early this morning, but ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ activities will continue as scheduled.
OPSEU Local 561 was expected to hold an information picket in front of the Seneca@York facility (Stephen E. Quinlan Building) on The Pond Road, Keele campus. There will be no information picketing permitted on ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ property, including entrances to ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ buildings.
The TEL building is a ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ facility and regularly scheduled classes by ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ faculty will meet as usual.
