The process was developed around Microsoft Excel and incorporates all of Excel\u2019s functionality, including Copy and Paste features. As an added benefit, the process also allows for the efficient uploading of multiple budgets into eReports through a new mass upload feature.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Budgets &amp; Planning has organized a number of training sessions for community members involved in preparing the 2012-2013 budget.\u00a0 Organizers ask those individuals who are interested in training to<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.apps01.yorku.ca\/machform\/view.php?id=6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> pre-register<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are still spots available for\u00a0the April sessions, participants are asked to select three possible dates and times when they are available to attend a session. Organizers will confirm the exact date and time to each participant through a confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/carlin.uit.yorku.ca\/faculty\/relay\/yorkadmin\/ereports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">training video<\/a>\u00a0is now available and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/finance\/documents\/Budget_Guidelines_2012-13_Feb_15.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2012-2013 Budget Call Guideline and Training Manual<\/a> has also been posted on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/finance\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Finance
