Funds raised through the challenge support the United Way of Greater Toronto\u2019s network of 300 local agencies. Activities can include, but are not limited to, running, jumping, skipping, dancing, biking, yoga and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This network is helping to meet the immediate needs of the community and funds raised during this campaign will help reduce local poverty. This year\u2019s York Cares United Way Campaign runs from Nov. 1 to 30, with the goal of raising $150,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GetUP \u2013 United Way Greater Toronto\u2019s virtual physical challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nov. 1 to 10<br><strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;Your home, workplace, local park or gym \u2013 wherever you like to get active<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedwaygt.org\/getup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Register<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;to participate and start fundraising.<\/strong>&nbsp;Each dollar raised goes towards helping people and families facing crisis with homelessness, housing, early learning, food security, inclusive employment, social isolation, settlement, legal and mental health services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Join the&nbsp;\u201c快播视频-York Cares\u201d team&nbsp;<\/strong>or register your own team, just be sure to indicate that 快播视频 is your school or workplace and include 快播视频 in the team name. Ask family, friends, neighbours and colleagues to show their local love by joining GetUP 2022.&nbsp;Progress and pictures can be shared using the hashtag #yucares and #UP4Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Going solo?
