快播视频\u2019s Schulich ExecEd is collaborating on a new initiative designed to prepare Ontario\u2019s next generation of police leaders.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Working in partnership with the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP), Schulich ExecEd and Executive Education at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, will launch the Certificate in Executive Police Leadership<\/a> program, beginning January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collaboration brings together three respected institutions to deliver a blended, accessible leadership development experience tailored to the evolving demands of modern policing.<\/p>\n\n\n

The 11-month program, running January to November 2026, is designed to equip future police leaders with the skills to navigate complexity, lead with confidence and drive meaningful change in their organizations and communities. The hybrid program will feature virtual learning and in-person sessions at Schulich, DeGroote and York Regional Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis program is a powerful step forward in shaping the future of police leadership across Ontario,\" says Rami Mayer<\/strong>, executive director, Schulich ExecEd. \u201cBy making senior leadership development more accessible to aspiring executives in policing, we\u2019re investing in the next generation of changemakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is our commitment to develop leaders who will drive innovation, build trust and strengthen the communities they serve. We\u2019re proud to launch a program that empowers transformation in modern police services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will engage in hands-on learning and real-world case studies that focus on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • strengthening strategic agility and decision making;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • cultivating a network of police leaders across Ontario; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • applying tested leadership solutions to real-world policing challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Graduates will leave with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • relevant professional leadership skills to inspire and mobilize their teams;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • a cultivated network of peers, mentors and thought leaders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • a tested framework for addressing complex organizational challenges; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • a certificate credential from two of Canada\u2019s top universities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The Certificate in Executive Police Leadership program offers an opportunity to invest in the future, elevate leadership capacity and join a community of forward-thinking professionals committed to excellence in public service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
