{"id":402188,"date":"2025-12-10T14:43:21","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T19:43:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/yfile\/?p=402188"},"modified":"2025-12-10T14:43:24","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T19:43:24","slug":"nominate-outstanding-educators-for-presidents-university-wide-teaching-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/yfile\/2025\/12\/10\/nominate-outstanding-educators-for-presidents-university-wide-teaching-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominate outstanding educators for President\u2019s University-Wide Teaching Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you know an educator who goes above and beyond to inspire learning at 快播视频?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The President\u2019s University-Wide Teaching Awards celebrate those who, through innovation and commitment, have significantly enhanced the quality of learning for York students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each year, four awards are presented in the following categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full-time tenured faculty with 10 or more years of full-time teaching experience at York;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>full-time faculty (tenured\/tenure-stream\/CLA) with less than 10 years of teaching experience at York;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contract and adjunct faculty; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teaching assistants (TAs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Award recipients are selected by the Senate Committee on Awards and receive $3,000, have their names engraved on the University-Wide Teaching Award plaques in Vari Hall and are recognized at convocation ceremonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominations are online only and are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Teaching Awards criteria and nomination form are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/secretariat\/senate\/awards-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Senate Committee on Awards<\/a> webpage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you know an educator who goes above and beyond to inspire learning at 快播视频?
