The Network exists to help students establish meaningful academic relationships with researchers in their field of interest, and provide workshops and events for learning and development purposes. Other intentions of the Network are to broaden interest and awareness of aging research, encourage multi-disciplinary research, and provide means for skill development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group grey-bg-block has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"border-top pt-2 wp-block-heading\">Themes of Research Programs <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four common themes among our research programs, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Care practices, care work, and care delivery<\/li><li>Aging policy and healthy aging promotion<\/li><li>Cognitive neuroscience of aging<\/li><li>Physiology and bio-mechanics of aging<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Snapshot of Workshops &amp; Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, YU-CARE Trainees have accepted abstracts from undergraduate and graduate students for a Multi-Disciplinary Perspectives in Aging Research Symposium.
