Apply for a Faculty\/Staff YU-card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re eligible, Apply Online<\/a> to get your YU-card. You will need a passport style photo and one piece of valid, government-issued photo identification. Read the instructions carefully to ensure your photo meets all the requirements and avoid delays.\u00a0You will be notified via your 快播视频 email as to whether your photo and information has been approved or you need to upload a new one.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
