Meet a Grad Student: Diana Karolina Grimaldos

This month鈥檚 graduate student profile features Diana Karolia Grimaldos, a part-time graduate student in the Master of Leadership and Community Engagement Program (MLCE). Grimaldos鈥 research interest lies in the intersection of community engagement and equity in education. 鈥淚 pursue this area of research because of my direct experience with the non-for-profit sector, which led me to work with racialized parents who have experienced racism and discrimination within the education system,鈥 she says.
