Fruzan Nijrabi is a Marketing Manager at FinTech Growth Syndicate (FGS), an innovation advisory firm focused on helping established financial institutions to build innovative products. Her international experience includes digital marketing, FinTech market research and innovation. She is dedicated to building a stronger Canadian FinTech ecosystem through innovation, entrepreneurship, diversity, and inclusion. Having lived in Russia, China, and the US, she developed a good perception of different cultures and learned to speak multiple languages. Fruzan has an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, UK and a BCom (Honours) Degree in Marketing from ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ, Canada.
