Velda Warren is a certified Executive Leadership Coach through Canada Coach Academy, an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Emotional Intelligence Coach through Multi Health Systems Inc (MSH). She has a degree in adult education and a master’s degree in human resource management. A 26-year career in Human Resources, as a Director of L&D, a HR Business Partner, a Talent Management Consultant and Associate HR Business Partner. Velda’s current passion is coaching, where she has coached individuals through career transitions, life transitions, business owners who are growing their business and individuals who are navigating their way through neurodivergence.

Earning my Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ has had a profound impact on my life. It deepened my understanding of organizational behavior, leadership, and the human side of business. The program challenged me to think critically, communicate with clarity, and apply theory to real-world workplace issues. Beyond academics, it strengthened my confidence and reinforced my passion for helping people and organizations thrive. The experience also expanded my professional network, opening doors to new opportunities and perspectives. Overall, it shaped both my career path and personal growth, aligning my values with purposeful, people-centered work.
