The MPPAL program strengthened my ability to think critically about how policy, governance, and technology intersect to drive meaningful change. It gave me the confidence to bridge strategy with execution and to see both the human and systemic sides of transformation. Balancing graduate studies with a demanding public sector career taught me discipline, resilience, and perspective.
