Service Maintenance: Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) Scheduled Maintenance Window: Start: Monday February 9, 2026 10:00 a.m. End: Thursday February 12, 2026 4:00 p.m. Impact/Details: UIT teams are preparing to modernize management of university owned computers running Windows with MEM. UIT teams will remove all self-registered devices in MEM, including non-university owned devices on the following days: Mon. Feb. 9th, 10:00 a.m. Personal + Android Personal + macOS/iOS/iPadOS Tue. Feb. 10th, 10:00 a.m. Personal + Windows + UIT-prefix computer names Wed. Feb. 11th, 10:00 a.m. Personal + Windows Thu. Feb. 12th, 10:00 a.m. Corporate (minus AVD) + Windows UIT teams do not expect any service impact to university owned computers managed by Active Directory and SCCM. UIT teams do not expect any service impact to non-university owned computers, we Will not reset local device password(s) Will not erase personal data Will not wipe computer Will not reset the computer to factory build Will not reset encryption Will not disable access to M365 and product suites (Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) UIT teams do not manage personal credentials and encryption keys on the local device. It is the responsibility of the end-user to safely keep a copy.
