Post-Doc unexpectedly chaired a panel at the . Originally invited as a panelist, he stepped in as Chair due to last-minute schedule changes and facilitated the session titled Visual Worlds of Colonial Reverberation.
As well as facilitating the session, Mark presented The Geo-Doc: Remediating the Documentary Film as an Instrument of Social Change with Locative Theory and Technology. Fellow presenter, Marcia Leticia Gomes of the University of Rondonia, presented Who Tells and Who is Told in Amazon's History? A Reading of the Chronicles of Grão-Pará and Rio Negro.
