About the Course

This flexible, self-paced micro-credential is designed for individuals who want to better understand and address prejudice and discrimination in their workplaces and communities. Developed by equity-informed practitioners, the course combines foundational theory with practical application to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Participants will:

  • Deepen their understanding of prejudice, bias, and discrimination
  • Reflect critically on their own assumptions and lived experiences
  • Examine how prejudice operates at individual, interpersonal, institutional, and societal levels
  • Evaluate strategies to promote inclusion and challenge discrimination
  • Develop a personalized action plan to foster more equitable environments

Please note that our language lessons are non-credit, meaning they do not count toward credit for a degree-granting program. These courses are designed for skill enhancement, whether for personal interest or professional development.
